Return Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

Returns are only accepted if one of the following conditions is met:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong product

Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on your first purchase only (one bottle) if you have not experienced any improvement after consistent use.

To request a refund, you must contact us at support@herhormony.com and provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for your refund request
  • Proof of purchase
  • Optional: Photos of the product received
  • Evidence that you followed the recommended dosage for 30 consecutive days (e.g. a photo journal, notes, or dated logs)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a partial or full refund (depending on the case) to your original method of payment.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • You request a refund after 60 days from the purchase date
  • You have consumed more than one bottle
  • You provided an incomplete or incorrect shipping address
  • You refused or failed to collect your package
  • You return a product without prior written authorization
  • You cannot provide any proof of consistent daily use as recommended

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If your refund request is accepted, processing time may take 5–10 business days after confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with this policy or appears fraudulent or abusive.
